Fractional CFO Advisory for the Marine Industry

More Revenue Should Mean More Profit.

Strategic financial leadership for established yacht service, repair & refit businesses and marine construction contractors.

Get a clearer picture of job profitability, take control of cash flow, and make confident financial decisions as your business grows.

South Florida roots. Industry-focused financial strategy.
The Challenge

You're Great at What You Do. Are Your Numbers Working as Hard as You Are?

Skilled crews, demanding projects, specialized equipment—and a business that doesn't stop moving.

As your company grows, its finances get more complicated. A full project schedule doesn't always mean healthy cash flow or strong profits.

Which jobs and service lines actually make money?
Are we pricing labor, materials, and change orders correctly?
Why is cash tight when the team is fully booked?
Can we afford to hire, expand, or buy equipment?
Do we have reliable numbers before making major decisions?

You don't need another spreadsheet. You need clarity about what's driving your profits—and a plan to improve them.

How We Help

Financial Leadership Built Around Your Bottom Line.

Practical insight for the decisions that affect your profits, liquidity, and future—not another layer of administration.

01 / PROFITABILITY

Profitability & Job Costing

See which projects, crews, services, and customers create the strongest margins. Improve pricing, estimating, labor utilization, and cost visibility.

02 / CASH FLOW

Cash Flow & Financial Forecasting

Plan ahead for payroll, suppliers, slow collections, capital purchases, and periods of heavy project spending. Make decisions with a forward-looking cash picture.

03 / STRATEGY

Strategic CFO Advisory

Gain an experienced financial thought partner to assess growth opportunities, monitor performance, evaluate investments, and make informed decisions.

We provide strategic financial guidance alongside your existing accounting team. Our focus is CFO advisory—not bookkeeping, tax preparation, or day-to-day transaction management.

Our Philosophy

We Bring the Data. Not the Drama.

Clear numbers. Straightforward conversations. Actionable recommendations. Financial leadership should make running your business feel more manageable—not more complicated.

A Different Kind of CFO Partnership

Strategic Insight Without the Full-Time CFO Overhead.

You know your industry. We help you make sense of the numbers behind it.

Harbor Point CFO combines senior-level finance experience with a focus on the economics of marine projects and service businesses. We help owners move from reactive financial decisions to a more deliberate approach to profitability, cash, and growth.

A good fit if you're ready to:

  • Look beyond total sales to understand true job margins.
  • Replace cash-flow surprises with proactive planning.
  • Make hiring and expansion decisions backed by numbers.
  • Get strategic direction without hiring a full-time CFO.
  • Work with an advisor rather than outsource daily bookkeeping.
